Hip Arthroscopy
Hip arthroscopy is new, minimally invasive method to treat hip pain caused by injuries to the hip joint and labrum. Dr. Fournier specializes in minimally invasive, or “keyhole” surgery for the hip, which allows him to address problems that previously could only be treated through large, open incisions.
Anterior Approach Hip Replacement
In addition to minimally invasive arthroscopic hip surgery, Dr. Fournier also offers hip replacement utilizing the anterior approach. The anterior approach utilizes a small incision on the front of the hip, and is noted to provide a faster postoperative recovery, as well as a more aesthetic scar.
